GOMO is a SIM-only mobile provider in Singapore that’s owned by Singtel. Two of GOMO’s mobile plans operate on the Singtel 4G network, but there are three GOMO plans that have access to the Singtel 5G network. All GOMO plans have no contracts and operate on 30-day renewal cycles. They come with free caller ID, incoming calls and inbound SMS. Unlike its owner Singtel, GOMO doesn’t sell Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) plans.

GOMO’s cheapest 4G SIM-only plan costs just $7.18 per month for the first three months before reverting to $10.18 per month. The 4G Saver plan includes 88GB of data on the Singtel 4G network, plus 300 minutes of outgoing calls and 300 SMSes. At the time of writing, it also includes 1GB of free roaming data for use in 15 destinations. GOMO’s next plan typically costs $15 (but is currently $12 for the first three months) for 250GB of data on the Singtel 4G network, 4GB of roaming data for use in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan and Australia, plus 500 minutes of outgoing calls and 500 outbound SMSes.

In addition to its two 4G plans, GOMO offers three 5G mobile plans. They range from $18.33 per month to $27.15 per month, but currently, you can save $3 per month for the first three months, and all three plans come with 88GB of bonus roaming data for use in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan and Australia for three months.

The 5G+ Value plan comes with 300GB of local data and 6GB of base roaming data, while the 5G+ Pro plan comes with 400GB and 8GB base roaming data. Both include 800 local minutes and 800 local SMS, while the Jetsetter plan offers 1,000 minutes, 1,000 SMS, and a whopping 1TB of data (with 10GB of base roaming data). GOMO phones and devices

GOMO sells a couple of different mobile phones. At the time of writing, this was the iPhone 16 series and the Samsung Galaxy S25 series, OPPO Find N5 and Find X8 series, and the Google Pixel 9 series. All devices are technically sold through Singtel, but GOMO customers get a promotional price.

Follow these steps to sign up for a GOMO mobile plan:

GOMO mobile plan add-ons

GOMO sells a Data Boost add-on, which includes 10GB of 5G data for $10.18, plus a Local Talktime + SMS add-on for an extra 1,000 minutes of calls and 1,000 SMS for $10.18. For those who want to keep in touch with people overseas, GOMO offers International Direct Dial (IDD) to 50 destinations, plus global SMS from $5. IDD rates start from $0.05 per minute and global SMS from $0.15 per text.

GOMO roaming

GOMO offers a range of mobile plan add-ons. Data roaming plans are separated into Asia, Worldwide and ‘Roam Like a Local’ packs:

Asia (15 destinations): $6 for 1GB, five days, or $15 for 4GB, 15 days
Worldwide (50 destinations): $12 for 1GB, seven days, or $30 for 4GB, 15 days
Roam Like a Local (Indonesia): $5 for 4GB, seven days or $10 for 10GB, 14 days
Roam Like a Local (Philippines): $10 for 7GB, seven days or $19 for 15GB, 15 days
Roam Like a Local (Thailand): $14 for 100GB, seven days

Is GOMO the same as Singtel?
GOMO is owned by Singtel but they’re not the same thing. Instead, GOMO is a sub-brand of Singtel that offers different mobile plans on the Singtel network.

Is GOMO or giga! better?
GOMO and giga! plans include free caller ID, incoming calls and inbound SMS. Both mobile providers offer a 24/7 chat service. Generally, giga! mobile plans have better overall value.

Is GOMO prepaid or postpaid?
GOMO mobile plans are postpaid and work on a 30-day renewal cycle.

Is GOMO 5G or 4G?
GOMO has two 4G plans and three 5G plans.
